For Service:

Please email service@elvmotors.com with your name, phone, and make and model of your bike or scooter. Please also indicate if you purchased it from us and a short description of the problem. Our service manager will respond at his earliest convenience.

Non-warranty customer work is $85hr. Non-customer warranty or non-warranty $125hr.

Bikes can be dropped off for service on the weekends, or if notified, completed repairs will be picked up at the main store. Call first. You will receive an email when the bike or scooter is ready for pickup.
