A professional technician with tools, software, and training: when you bring your electric bike/scooter in for service, we always listen to the customer and provide reasonable resolutions. One of our service technicians will reach out to you to carefully explain what needs to be done (via an estimate or in-person discussion) and will always respect your budget. We are Bosch and Shimano-certified to work any bike and be able to get parts to get you back on the road or trails.
Bike Assembly:
We understand that the electric bike market is expanding, and customers sometimes choose to buy online. We use the same procedure and checklist that we use to build our in-store bikes. We will completely go through all the components and torque bolts and, finally, perform a test drive to ensure the bike is safe for you. If we find any component or frame damage caused by shipping, we will contact you to either suggest repairing a warranty part or replacing it with an equivalent or greater quality component. Some common brands we see in for service include RadBike, Xiaomi, Lectric, , Addmotor, Jetson, Juiced, Aventon, Blix, Genesis, Bafang, and others. Bike assembly for bikes not purchased here is $180.
We’re Service Pros:
Our service staff has worked on electric bikes for over 15 years. From low-end to high-end bikes, we professionally care for your bike and you. Whether it is a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, we will get your bike running like it left our showroom floor. Walk-ins are welcome. We may be able to get the job done the same day for minor repairs. All other repairs will take a few days to a week or two, depending on the service or if parts need to be ordered. Getting you back on the road is our main priority. Appointments are considered. An appointment is usually never required as we go on a first-come, first-serve basis.
