Refund policy

ELV Motors, Inc. encourages customers to stop by and test ride bicycles and scooters prior to making a purchase. Sometimes making minor adjustments to bicycle can make a big difference to whether a customer likes the bicycle or scooter. If you purchase a new bike or scooter and for some reason you want to return it, the bike or scooter can be returned the owner’s expense within 48 hours and fewer than 10 miles for a full refund if it was purchased with cash or check. Six percent will be deducted for a credit card purchase, or the customer can receive full refund in store credit. New bikes and scooters being returned with more than 10 miles or over 48 hours will be charged a 25% restocking fee, subject to management approval. There are no refunds for custom orders, however a store credit may be issued subject to store approval.  Pre-owned bicycles or scooters may be returned within five days for a full refund, assuming the bicycle or scooter is returned in the same condition as sold. There are no warranties with pre-owned bicycles or scooters.
