Service Notice: Due to the backlog of service, we are only servicing bikes and scooters purchased at ELV Motors until July 15.
ELV Motors services all makes and models of both electric and non-electric bikes and scooters
Customers (bicycles or scooters purchased directly from ELV Motors)
To ensure we offer top service to our customers, we currently offer priority service for electric bikes and scooters purchased from ELV Motors, Inc. To schedule a time to drop off your bike or scooter, do not call, but send an email to service@elvmotors.com and include your name, phone number, year, make and model of your bike or scooter, and a description of service(s) required. If possible, attach photos or videos. Service will respond as early as possible.
Please check the manufacturer’s manual or website to know what is covered for your bike or scooter brand and model.
Customer non-warranty service is $85hr and non-customer warranty or non-warranty service is $125hr
$85 minimum charge for all diagnostics and services for non-customers and $55 minimum for customers:
Although all our manufacturers cover parts, not all manufacturers cover labor costs. For bikes and scooters purchased here, we will make every effort to have the manufacturer cover labor costs but if they will not, you will be billed at a discounted price of $75 hr.
Non-customers (bicycles or scooters purchased elsewhere)
Estimated Service Times:
- Basic Tune-up (Chain clean/lube and tuning of brakes & Derailleur)- 30 min.
- 10-point Tune-up (Includes basic tune-up and full bike inspection, Cleaning of bike assuming the bike is not full of grime.) 1-1.5hrs
- Tire/Tube change (Front: {Assuming non-drive motor} 30 minutes Rear-30-45 minutes
- Brakes: Front/Rear (30-45min. each set)
- Diagnostic: .5 hr. to 1.5 hr. Please specify when dropping off your bike (Note Electrical diagnostic requires more time usually)
- Assemble and test a Bike not from ELV: 1 to 2 hrs.
