The California E-Bike Incentive Project is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to make electric bicycles (e-bikes) more accessible and affordable for Californians. Funded by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), this project provides substantial point-of-sale incentives to eligible individuals, encouraging them to embrace sustainable transportation.

Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition’s mission is to build healthier and more just communities by making bicycling safe and accessible for everyone. Their overarching goal is to increase the number and diversity of people using bicycles for everyday transportation.

Silicon Valley Power (SVP)
Silicon Valley Power offers several programs to help make your home look better and run more efficiently. To qualify for these programs, you must be a resident of the City of Santa Clara and receive electricity from Silicon Valley Power.
REBATE/INCENTIVE: 10% rebate on the purchase price of a new e-bike, up to $300. Income-qualified customers can receive an additional rebate up to $200!
