Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC)
Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition’s mission is to build healthier and more just communities by making bicycling safe and accessible for everyone. They envision a community that values, includes, and encourages bicycling for all purposes for all people. Their overarching goal is to increase the number and diversity of people using bicycles for everyday transportation.

Silicon Valley Power (SVP)
Silicon Valley Power offers several programs to help make your home look better and run more efficiently. To qualify for these programs, you must be a resident of the City of Santa Clara and receive electricity from Silicon Valley Power.
REBATE/INCENTIVE: 10% rebate on the purchase price of a new e-bike, up to $300. Income-qualified customers can receive an additional rebate up to $200!
California E-bike Incentive Project (CEIP)
The California E-Bike Incentive Project is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to make electric bicycles (e-bikes) more accessible and affordable for Californians. Funded by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), this project provides substantial point-of-sale incentives to eligible individuals, encouraging them to embrace sustainable transportation.
REBATE/INCENTIVE: Qualified applicants can receive up to $2,000 in incentives when purchasing a new e-bike!
Peninsula Clean Energy (PCE)
Peninsula Clean Energy is a community-controlled, not-for-profit, joint powers agency formed as a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program by San Mateo County and all 20 of its cities and towns in 2016, and joined by the City of Los Banos in 2020. As a CCA, Peninsula Clean Energy offers many environmental and economic benefits to its residential and business customers. Peninsula Clean Energy's E-Bikes for Everyone program helps eligible residents purchase or lease a new e-bike.
REBATE/INCENTIVE: The incentive – up to $1,000 – will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The rebate is for up to $1,000 for the purchase of a new e-bike OR you can lease an e-bike for one year through Ridepanda at a discounted rate. Leases are month to month with no upfront cost.
